Corn Spoon Bread

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 ounces shredded swiss cheese or 4 ounces cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together and spoon into a greased casserole dish.
  • 2 bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  • 3 sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • 4 bake an additional 10 minutes more.
