Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs brussels sprouts, cooked,kept hot
- 4 slices bacon, crumbled
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 saute bacon and onion together until lightly golden, about 6-7 minutes.
- 2 add to cooked sprouts.
- 3 mix in sour cream and season to taste.
- 4 serve warm.
