- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 small garlic clove, crushed
Recipe
- 1 place tomatoes on baking sheet.
- 2 sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 3 combine remaining ingredients.
- 4 spread sauce on tomatoes.
- 5 bake in preheated 500ºf oven 5 to 8 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
