Dijon Baked Tomatoes

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 large tomatoes, cut in half crosswise
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grey poupon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 place tomatoes on baking sheet.
  • 2 sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 3 combine remaining ingredients.
  • 4 spread sauce on tomatoes.
  • 5 bake in preheated 500ºf oven 5 to 8 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
