- 1 small onion
- 1/4-1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese
- 1/4-1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook spinach according to package directions.
- 2 saute onion.
- 3 drain spinach and combine with all other ingredients.
