Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup vegetable shortening
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water, or a little less
Recipe
- 1 cut shortening into flour and salt until dough appears crumbly.
- 2 add water a little at a time, until it can be gathered into a ball.
- 3 roll out dough on a floured counter.
- 4 don't overwork it.
- 5 use as directed in pie recipe.
- 6 it will be very flaky.
