Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 onion
- 14 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 3/4 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 chop cauliflower, carrots, onion, and bacon into a large salad bowl (perferably that has a lid).
- 2 whisk together mayonnaise and sugar in another bowl.
- 3 pour over vegetable mixture, put lid on and shake to insure all vegetables are covered in dressing.
- 4 place in fridge overnight to marinate. best if left turned upside down.
