Cornbread

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) box jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 8 ounces vanilla yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 whisk oil and eggs together. add other ingredients and mix well. pour mixture into a well-greased 8"-9" square pan or pie pan. bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
