- 1 quart green beans (fresh canned or hanover)
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons onions, minced
- 2 tablespoons bacon grease or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in 2 quart saucepan.
- 2 simmer covered, 30 minutes.
